Whistling Woods International has India’s most eminent businessmen on its Governing Council. During the soft launch celebrations of the Institute on March 31st Chairman Subhash Ghai proudly introduced the Governing Council to the Media and the film fraternity. Following the 3rd Governing Council Meet Mr. Anand Mahindra, Mr. Anil Harish, Prof. Ashok Misra, Mr. Pradip Shah, Mr. Ravimohan, Mr. Bhushan Gagrani, Minister of Aviation Mr. Praful Patel - Minister of State – Civil Aviation and the Guest of Honor for the evening Minister of Culture Mr. Ashok Chavan graced the occasion. Others from the film fraternity joined to show their support to the Institute namely Ashutosh Gowarikar, Ramesh Sippy, Riteish Deshmukh, Salman Khan, Perizaad Zorabian, Anjum Rajabali and Himmesh Reshammiya.
