On Wednesday 21st November, The Mayor of London applauded the international standard of Whistling Woods in filmcity while Mr. Amitabh Bachhan congratulated Mr.
Subhash Ghai for creating such a world-class film and media institute in India with the best of facilities for students to grow in film making and animation. Later, he visited the animation department of Whistling Woods, which played host for The Producer Guild of India to sign a historic treaty with the Mayor of London for globalisation in movie production as partners at all levels including company productions.
