| Lord Bhiku Parekh |
 He taught at the London School of Economics and the University of Glasgow before moving to the University of Hull. He returned to India in 1981 where he served as Vice-Chancellor of Baroda University until 1984. He has been a visiting professor at the University of British Columbia, Harvard, McGill, the Institute of Advanced Studies Vienna and the University of Pennsylvania. He was appointed Centennial Professor at the London School of Economics. Lord Parekh is the author of over a dozen acclaimed books and over 100 articles. He was Deputy Chair of the Commission for Racial Equality. He has served as a trustee for the Runnymede Trust, Institute for Public Policy Research, Institute of Commonwealth Studies, Anne Frank Trust and the Gandhi Foundation. He was elevated to the House of Lords and has received many honours, including British Asian of the Year. In 2003, he was elected Fellow of the British Academy and he also serves as President of the Academy of Social Sciences. |

Sir Christopher Bland |
Educated at Sedbergh School, Yorkshire and The Queen's College, Oxford where he is an Honorary Fellow, Sir Bland joined BT as Chairman in 2001. Prior to this he was Chairman of the BBC Board of Governors. Over the last 40 years, Sir Bland has chaired a wide variety of organisations and government bodies and panels including the Independent Broadcasting Authority, Century Hutchinson Group, NFC plc, Life Sciences International plc, Hammersmith and Queen Charlotte's Hospitals Special Health Authority, the Private Finance Panel and the Royal Shakespeare Company.

Director of the UK Film Council, International, the government's strategic agency for film, she is responsible for International Strategic Development and co-production treaties. Having began her career in television working on documentaries for Channel 4, she became a freelance script editor and producer, developing projects for international film companies including The Last Seduction II, The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert and Paws. She is a member of the British Academy of Film & TV, the Production Guild of Great Britain and was the Director of the British Film Commission,s. For three years she ran the Comedy Committee, a comedy film script initiative backed by PolyGram, Working Title and the BBC. |

Lord David Puttnam |
A member of the British House of Lords, film producer and politician. After an early career in advertising, he turned to film production In the late 60s. Lord Puttnam has produced over 40 feature films. His productions include Midnight Express, Chariots of Fire (Academy Award winner for Best Picture), Local Hero, The Killing Fields, The Mission, and Memphis Belle. He was Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Columbia Pictures. He was knighted in 1995 and made a life peer in 1997. In 2002 he chaired the Joint Scrutiny Committee on the Communications Bill. He brought a number of other first-time directors from the world of advertising including Alan Parker, Ridley Scott and Hugh Hudson. Lord Puttnam has his own production company, targeting and tailoring his films as entertainment for an international market. He was a major force as producer and campaigner with Richard Attenborough for the revitalisation of Britain as a centre of European film production.

| Derek Wyatt |
 One of England's leading supporters of of sports and education. A three time member of the British Parliament, in additrion to his sporting acheivements, Wyatt is also famed for founding the Women Sports Foundation and championing the banning of British sportsmen in racially prejudiced South Africa in the 80s. This led to him winning the prestigious United Nations award for work on sport and apartheid. Pursuing his interest in technology, he won a $10k Commonwealth Parliamentary Association scholarship to visit Mozambique, Tanzania and Zambia to look at IT and wireless provision. Wyatt has also been invited to USA (Comdex/NGfL); Spain (IT) and France (France Telecom) to address issues of technology in communication. He founded Excelan, a computer networking company, and served as president and CEO. When Excelan merged with Novell, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and on the Board of Directors. After Novell, he served as CEO at CyberMedia until its merger with Network Associates. He has been active in the Silicon Valley community of entrepreneurs, receiving numerous awards for his commitment to technology and entrepreneurship.

Sir Martin Sorrell |
CEO of WPP since founding the company in 1986. WPP is one of the world's leading communications services companies. Its 70 operating companies provide global clients with advertising, media investment management, consultancy, public relations, healthcare and specialist communications services. Before founding WPP, Martin Sorrell was Group Finance Director of the advertising agency group Saatchi & Saatchi. Martin Sorrell is an economics graduate of Cambridge University with an MBA from Harvard. He is Deputy Chairman and Governor of London Business School and a member of the Advisory Boards of the Judge Institute for Management Studies in Cambridge and IESE in Spain. He is a member of the Dean's Advisory Council for Boston University, the Board of Directors of Associates of Harvard Business School and the Board of the Indian School of Business. He was appointed by the Secretary of State for Education and Employment to serve on the Council for Excellence in Management and Leadership.

 Sandy Climan is the President of Entertainment Media Ventures, Inc., a Los Angeles-based company active in media investment and strategic advice, entertainment talent management and motion picture and television production. Mr. Climan recently received the British Academy Award and the Golden Globe in 2005 for “The Aviator”, which he produced. As a member of the senior management team at Creative Artists Agency, he represented and advised a wide range of companies, including Sony, Matsushita, Coca-Cola, Credit Lyonnais, Seagram, COMSAT, Bell Atlantic, NYNEX and Pacific Telesis. An independent film producer, after graduating from King's College Cambridge, he became an Assistant Director until 1974 when he was appointed Technical Administrator of the National Theatre. For four years he supervised the move from the Old Vic into the new National Theatre, ending his time there as Production Administrator. He has been involved in the production of over 20 films including roles as producer, executive producer and production designer..He has served as Chairman of the British Academy of Film & Television Arts of which he is now a Trustee, on the British Screen Advisory Council, the Executive Council of Pact, the Council of Royal College of Art and as a Governor of the British Film Institute. He is on the board of the South-West Screen, the Bristol Old Vic and is a governor of the National Film and Television School. He is the author of The Relph Report on low budget film production. |
