Internationally acclaimed actress Shabana Azmi visited the Whistling Woods International campus to meet the Dean, Mr Kurt Inderbitzin for the first time. The influential activist, recipient of 5 National film awards, as well as the Padma Shri, pledged her "whole-hearted support" to Whistling Woods and the students. She discussed a variety of issues with the Dean and made personal recommendations towards the selection of faculty.
