Overview

The course Method Acting for Beginners provides a unique curriculum aimed at teaching fundamentals and intermediate work on instrument, craft/technique, script analysis, and obligations of material, to those interested in Acting. Through a variety of exercises – both group and individual - lecture, and reading, students are guided into the experiential nature of acting and discovering one’s own inner talent. The teaching method used springs from WWI flagship Acting programme run by Hollywood acting guru Rob Reece, a lifetime member of the prestigious Actors Studio in New York City and Los Angeles. With more than three decades of performing and teaching, Mr. Reece employs a system he has created from the method acting approach, as evolved from the techniques of Constantine Stanislavski, Lee Strasberg, Elia Kazan, and Eric Morris. WWI Actors Studio is the first to introduce the method in India through a member of the Actors Studio.
