Mehardeep completed her Degree in Acting from Whistling Woods International
Mehardeep is a Mumbai-based actor from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, and a graduate of the BA Acting program at Whistling Woods International. Trained in acting, movement, voice, and Kalaripayattu, she enjoys bringing emotionally grounded and authentic characters to life across theatre and screen.
A trained Kathak dancer with experience in Hip-Hop, Jazz, and Bollywood Freestyle, Mehardeep combines movement with performance to create nuanced, expressive characters. She is drawn to stories that challenge perspectives and believes in bringing honesty, empathy, and depth to every role she portrays.
Work Experience
Mehardeep has worked on over 20 student and independent film projects, including Written in the Palms (Straight8), She has also appeared in music videos and a Close-Up commercial.
In theatre, she portrayed Sakina in Alibaba & Forty Thieves with 24 Theatre Company, directed by Sahil Vaid, performing in seven houseful shows at Prithvi Theatre and Rangshila, and played Juror 8 in the Indian adaptation of 12 Angry Men.
