Deakin University Australia formally recognises Whistling Woods International as an Academic Partner and provides advance standing for WWI diploma holders.
All undergraduate Whistling Woods students can, on completion of their two-year diploma, transfer directly into the third year of Deakin University’s Bachelor of Film and Digital Media with a selection in Animation or Film Majors. Students who have completed their 2 year specialisation in Acting from Whistling Woods International can, on completion of their two-year diploma, transfer directly into the third year of Deakin University’s Bachelor of Creative Arts (Drama).

Griffith University Australia formally recognises Whistling Woods International as an Academic Partner and provides advance standing for WWI diploma holders. Whistling Woods students can, on completion of their two-year diploma, transfer directly into the third year of Griffith University’s Bachelor of Film and Screen Media Production or Bachelor of Animation.
Students interested in obtaining the latter degrees from Griffith can enrol in the February intake (semester I) and in the July intake (semester II) and select approximately 8 courses offered by the program.

Bradford College UK and Whistling Woods International won the bid for a
UKIERI funded project in 2007. The project, Bradford to Bollywood, will
have students from both institutes working on a short Clayanimation
movie,that will make an entry in the 20th Bradford Animation Festival.
In 2009/2010 Whistling Woods International Animation students developed
script and story board in collaboration with Bradford Photography
students. Both teams visited each other’s institutes, UK and India,
accompanied by faculty members, in order to create clay characters and
backgrounds and take consecutive still pictures of the characters.
The project has facilitated a partnership between the two institutes and
will allow regular cultural exchanges between student bodies.

Teesside University UK formally recognises Whistling Woods International as an Academic Partner and provides advance standing for WWI Animation diploma holders. Whistling Woods students who have completed their 2 year Diploma in Animation, can transfer directly into the third year of Teesside University’s Bachelor – Creative Animation Production (level 6 top-up).
Students interested in obtaining the latter degree from Teesside University will enroll in the September intake and follow the courses included in the third year of the selected BA.

Leeds Metropolitan University is an In Line Partner of Whistling Woods International. Second year students from the Bachelor of Film & Moving Image Production program at Northern Film School attended Bollywood Snapshots During their month of study at Whistling Woods International in 2008, Leeds students studied various aspects of Indian Cinema and completed a practical project where students wrote, produced and edited a short film.

Every year students of Portsmouth University’s MA (Creative & Cultural Leadership) spend one week at WWI to learn about leadership for creative industries. Syracuse University is an In Line Partner of Whistling Woods International. Undergraduate and Graduate students from the Television, Radio and Film program New House School attend WWI Bollywood Snapshots: SU Internships. During their month of study and Internship at Whistling Woods International, Syracuse students: visit Mumbai’s historical and cultural sites; interact with Media professionals; learn about movie production in Mumbai; work as interns in main production houses.
