Whistling Woods International Signed an Agreement with the University of Greenwich, London for Academic Collaboration

Mumbai, November 19, 2021: Whistling Woods International (WWI), Asia’s premier institute of film, communication & creative arts has signed a memorandum of understanding with the University of Greenwich, London. This agreement will promote collaborative activities in the field of academic and educational areas.

Both the institutes will work mutually on the basis of reciprocity towards providing the students and faculty various opportunities including:

  • Development of staff and student exchange opportunities
  • Explore research collaborations and develop knowledge exchange
  • Provision of cultural and intellectual enrichment opportunities for staff and students of both parties
  • Development of progression routes to teach programmes
  • Development of summer school or short course

Commenting about the academic collaboration, Rahul Puri, Head – Academics, Whistling Woods International said, “We are excited to announce our association with the University of Greenwich, London. We believe such partnerships not only help the students and faculty to enhance their academic horizon, but also enables them to expand cross-cultural perspectives, leading to unique and new multifaceted thoughts.” He further said, “These partnerships encourage the students and faculty to collaboratively learn from a team of people with diverse background and broaden their own sense of outlook, while analysing and addressing several complex problems that surpass borders, both geographically and culturally.

The MOU signing is part of the institute’ global expansion plans and initiatives.
